Job summary

Beehive Industries in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Post Processing Operator to support the finishing, inspection, and documentation of metal parts. Hours are Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm, with potential overtime as production demands require.

You will operate bandsaws and EDMs, maintain clean work areas, and ensure compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards. A high school diploma and 3–5 years in manufacturing are required, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing or hands-on technical role.
• Familiarity with MES and computer-based systems (Microsoft Office, SmartSheets).
• Comfort using hand tools and basic measurement devices (calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Willingness to wear PPE including respirators, gloves, and protective clothing.
• Ability to work overtime or shift schedules as required by production demands.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
