Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Proven construction leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-frame crew on site including layout, framing, roofing, siding, and related tasks.
• Direct daily jobsite activities, assign work, and coordinate crew productivity.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and work plans.
• Ensure projects meet Wick Buildings quality standards and safety requirements.
• Train, coach, and develop crew members while setting clear expectations.
