Job summary

Total Cleaning in New York is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the Post-Construction Cleaning Division in a designated territory. You will supervise subcontractors and crews, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

You will plan, supervise, and optimize operations, build strong client relationships, and drive continuous improvement. Required: 3–5 years in post-construction or janitorial management, at least 2 years supervising, bilingual

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in post-construction or janitorial management.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site with PP.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise post-construction cleaning projects from start to finish
Ensure all work meets contract specifications and client expectations
Monitor job site readiness, quality control, and safety compliance
Provide daily updates, client feedback, and job costing reviews
Support sales efforts and assist in subcontractor selection and performance
Lead process improvement initiatives and represent the company at industry events
