Job summary

Total Cleaning seeks a dedicated Project Manager to lead a Post-Construction cleaning division in our assigned territory. You will manage a team of subcontractors and cleaning specialists to ensure work is completed on time and to contract specifications, with a strong focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in post-construction cleaning or janitorial management, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a bilingual English/Spanish skill set to serve

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant job experience in post-construction cleaning or janitorial management.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of subcontractors and Cleaning Specialists to deliver post-construction cleaning projects.
• Plan, organize, direct, monitor and control assigned area projects to meet cost and profit objectives.
• Ensure work is performed according to contract specifications and safety standards.
• Provide feedback to subcontractors and team members and obtain signoffs of work performed.
• Review budgets, job costs and profitability, and propose improvement measures.
