Job summary

Rambus is hiring a Lead MTS Application and Validation Engineer for the Memory Interface team in San Jose, CA. This full-time role focuses on validating PMIC/Power Management ICs, developing bench automation, and assisting customers with issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has a strong Electrical Engineering background with PMIC experience and will collaborate with IC design, marketing, and field teams to deliver robust memory power solutions. Rambus offers a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of hand-on experience in PMIC application and validation, or Power Supply design.
• New graduates with Power Electronics background are welcome; level adjusted accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Bench validation and debugging of Power Management IC.
• Developing Python scripts for bench automation to validate PMIC performance.
• Support customers in understanding and resolving their issues.
• Work with IC design engineers, and marketing to define memory power solutions.
• Provide post-silicon bring-up support, interface with design, operation, and development.
