Job summary

Via Transportation, Inc. seeks a Director of Product for Remix, our multimodal transit planning and scheduling platform. Define and drive the product vision across fixed routes, paratransit, microtransit, and emerging modes, shaping how agencies plan and operate.

You will own end-to-end product experiences from strategy to live execution, translate complex labor rules into scalable decisions, and collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to ship measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management for enterprise software.
• Proven track record shipping complex workflows in regulated environments.
• Strong ability to translate diverse customer needs into scalable product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Remix as the global standard for multimodal transit planning and scheduling.
• Build the framework for data-driven scheduling to optimize driver and vehicle time.
• Incorporate labor union rules and workforce regulations into scalable product decisions.
• Connect planning and scheduling to live operations to improve accuracy and rider reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to ship products with measurable outcomes.
• Engage transit planners, schedulers, and operations leaders to validate direction.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics to keep Remix ahead of the market.
