Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience overseeing ground-up construction and/or major renovations.
• Ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
• Experience on multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project execution.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Drive project planning, procurement, risk management, and cost control efforts.
• Oversee ground-up construction and major renovation projects.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations throughout all phases.
• Support design and development coordination during early project stages.
• Provide leadership to project teams while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
• Manage projects ranging from approximately $15M to $45M in value.
• Work on a diverse portfolio including luxury multifamily, mixed-use, historic preservation, education, and commercial developments.
