Daloopa is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the Scout product, an AI-native analyst workflow tool. You will shape strategy, define end-to-end workflows, and work closely with engineering and design to deliver features that improve analyst efficiency and decision quality.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product management, proven experience shipping AI-driven products, and a track record of influencing roadmap decisions in fast-paced startups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience and ownership of an AI or complex workflow product.

Responsibilities

• Own the Scout product roadmap: set direction and sequence bets that align with company objectives.
• Define analyst workflows end-to-end based on real user behavior in modeling, comps, and research.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design; write actionable specs and participate in technical discussions.
• Drive repeat usage by defining healthy engagement for workflows around earnings cycles and sustaining retention.
• Evaluate AI output quality by building evaluation frameworks and setting accuracy standards.
