Job summary

Daloopa, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Scout, its AI-native analyst workflow product. You will own strategy through execution, deciding what gets built and ensuring it changes how analysts work.

This is not a coordination role; you will have real ownership and accountability in a pivotal product bet. You will work with engineers and designers, shape the roadmap, and drive adoption across the earnings cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience and ownership of an AI or complex workflow product end-to-end.
• Experience shipping AI products that change user behavior and stay close to the technical work.
• Ability to work closely with engineers to understand implementation tradeoffs.
• Experience partnering with designers through real disagreement and influencing UX decisions.
• Comfortable interviewing expert users and adapting the roadmap based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the Scout product roadmap and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Define end-to-end analyst workflows for modeling, comps, and research.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design, writing actionable specs and making tradeoffs.
• Drive repeat usage by defining healthy engagement around quarterly earnings cycles and retention.
• Evaluate AI output quality with frameworks and accuracy standards.
• Own analyst discovery by observing real workflows and returning with evidence-based decisions.
• Enable the GTM team with product context to support sales and retention.
• Prototype and pressure-test ideas with AI tools and validate with customers.
