Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Manager / Estimator for a Charlotte, NC role combining estimating and project management across preconstruction and delivery. You will engage from initial pricing through to project completion, coordinating with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Commercial drywall/interior construction experience required.
• Experience in project management and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of takeoffs, pricing, and project scopes.
• Experience with OST, QuickBid, and Procore.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial drywall and interior construction projects.
• Complete quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
• Manage projects from award through final completion.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and overall performance.
• Coordinate project activities with field operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support the transition from estimating through project delivery and closeout.
