Job summary

Precision Walls in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our construction team. You will develop building estimates, deliver presentations, and help secure repeat business through strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have drywall/construction experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with estimating software such as Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff. We offer an employee-owned environment and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and/or technical manuals.
• Maintain technical knowledge of building components and their function.
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and/or supervision to architects and contractors.
• Knowledge of procurement rules and regulations.
• Ability to assess contract compliance and product/service quality.
