Job summary

Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in Sylva, NC. You will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and light-commercial settings while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Plumber or Plumbing Service Technician.
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and installation skills across residential and light-commercial plumbing.
• Experience with water and waste piping, fixtures, water heaters of all types, underground piping, drain cleaning, and related plumbing systems.
• Professional, positive communication with customers and coworkers - taking care of people is just as important as technical ability.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Sylva, NC, or be willing to relocate within our service area.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads, mobile applications, and modern dispatch/service software.
• Eager to continue learning, improving, and earning.
