Job summary

AIRO Mechanical seeks a Plumbing Superintendent to lead plumbing projects from start to finish on commercial/industrial sites. You will manage on-site installations, coordinate technicians and subcontractors, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, and maintain strong client communication.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Plumbing Superintendent in commercial/industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation methods.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage plumbing projects from planning to execution to meet objectives.
Supervise plumbing technicians, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Ensure installations comply with codes, specs, and safety standards.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings/inspections.
Manage resources—materials, equipment, and labor—for efficiency.
Maintain client relationships and provide project updates.
