Job summary

Southern Home Services Corp. is seeking a dynamic Plumbing Manager to oversee complex residential plumbing projects and mentor junior plumbers. The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and compliance with codes and safety standards, with coordination across trades on multi-site renovations.

You will manage installations, communicate with clients, and drive quality workmanship while maintaining schedules and budgets. A Master Plumbing License and strong management background are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in plumbing across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Active Master Plumbing License in good standing; ability to obtain licenses elsewhere.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans; strong code knowledge.
• Experience leading large projects, mentoring Journeyman plumbers and apprentices.
• Excellent communication with customers, trades, and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute residential service work, diagnosing complex plumbing issues.
• Manage installation of plumbing systems, including valves, pipe fittings, and sealing.
• Mentor Journeyman plumbers and apprentices; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other trades and clients on construction/renovation projects.
• Lead projects with timelines, budgets, and quality controls.
