Dilling Heating Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing is seeking a skilled residential Plumbing Repipe and Install Helper to deliver top-notch service in customers' homes in Charlotte, NC. You’ll support installations, repipes, and plumbing upgrades while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll work closely with the lead installer, use Service Titan for job tracking, and grow your skills through ongoing training, with clear paths for advancement and competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems, codes, safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new processes and techniques.
• Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the plumbing department to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in packing, sorting, and collecting plumbing tools and equipment for each job.
• Perform cutting and opening of walls and structures to facilitate job completion as needed.
• Work alongside the lead installer on plumbing installations and repairs in customers’ homes.
• Utilize Service Titan to track repairs and completed work accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of plumbing codes and standards to ensure compliance.
• Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working environments.
• Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
