Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing project management experience on large projects.
• Strong technical skills with Excel, BlueBeam and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or multiple commercial large plumbing mechanical projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on-time, and under budget and that we exceed general contractor and building owner requirements.
• Mentor and train Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers and help them grow within the company.
• Track and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors and internal estimating and purchasing teams.
