Job summary

SIEGMAN AND SCHAEFER is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead and supervise plumbing crews on new construction projects in Westminster, MD. The role reports to the Project Manager / Operations Manager and requires directing daily activities to meet schedule, budget, and code compliance.

Minimum 5 years in plumbing with at least 2 years in a lead role, Maryland licenses, and strong leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Maryland driver’s license is required.
• Maryland Journeyman Plumber’s License is required.
• Maryland Master Plumber’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct daily plumbing crew activities.
• Lay out work from blueprints and schematics; assign tasks.
• Ensure installations meet codes, specs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades to stay on schedule.
