Qualifications

• 10+ years of plumbing design experience in commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects.
• Advanced knowledge of plumbing design principles, system sizing, and applicable building codes.
• ASPE certification or PE license preferred; strong drawings and calculations discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design and documentation of plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, storm, and specialty piping.
• Mentor junior designers and engineers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with IPC, NFPA, and ASPE guidelines across projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams for integrated designs.
