Qualifications

• High school diploma with vocational training required; plus five years’ experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, welding, or related field.
• Must be licensed or possess industrial/commercial certification in the assigned field and have and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily work by assigning tasks and priorities; inspects work for quality and safety.
• Oversees plumbing-related facility maintenance and coordinates with team members to resolve issues.
• Trains staff on procedures and proper equipment usage; assists with supervision and performance evaluations.
• Installs, secures, and tests plumbing equipment; communicates results to Trades Supervisor and can serve as acting supervisor.
• Maintains equipment and notates work orders with materials used and outcomes.
