Job summary

You will plan work schedules, estimate materials and labor, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. Standard schedule M-F, 8-5; wage $21.11 per hour. Requires NM Journeyman licenses and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant trade experience.
• Needs NM journeyman licenses as listed (plumbing and gas fitter) and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Leads the work of journey-level Plumbers and Trades Helpers in repair, maintenance, inspection and installation of plumbing systems.
• Plans work schedules, equipment usage, and maintenance procedures; assigns and inspects tasks; ensures timely completion.
