Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair, preventive maintenance, and service of all plumbing systems according to building codes and standards.
• Supervises inmate workers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the facility.
• Responds to emergency callbacks for service on a rotating basis and assists in other maintenance areas.
