Responsibilities

• Provides repair, maintenance, and service of HVAC systems according to building codes and standards.
• Conducts routine inspections.
• Maintains inventory through planning and purchasing in a Total Maintenance System (TMS).
• Supervises inmate workers in installation, maintenance, and repair of the facility.
• Responds to emergency callbacks on a rotating basis.
• Assists in other Building and Grounds areas including preventive maintenance, construction projects, equipment repair, electrical, welding, carpentry, electronics, or outside maintenance.
