Qualifications

• Licensed Plumber – Journeyman or Master (State of Arkansas).
• 3+ years of experience in plumbing service and installations.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Safety-first mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial construction.
• Diagnose issues and communicate solutions to Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Ensure work complies with codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain tools, materials, and service vehicles.
• Document all work, including change orders and tickets.
