Job summary

Amherst Operating Services in Cuero, TX is seeking a licensed Plumber to join our modular housing project. You will lead plumbing installs for StudioBuilt homes and ensure safety and quality.

Requires Texas JMN Plumbing license, minimum four years’ experience, ability to read blueprints, and to develop training materials for manufacturing teams. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas JMN Plumbing License
• Minimum of four years’ experience
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints
• Ability to develop training materials and lead and train manufacturing associates or apprentices

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with Plant and Safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Leads a team to install all plumbing requirements for our modular homes.
• Inspect and test and repair as necessary all Plumbing fixtures.
• Gives constructive feedback to associates on quality of their work.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties.
