Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a skilled Plumber II to lead plumbing projects, perform advanced installations, and troubleshoot complex systems at our Henrico, VA location. You will interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, and mentor junior plumbers.

The role demands extensive knowledge of plumbing regulations and strong problem-solving abilities. You will collaborate with clients and teams, estimate costs, and drive quality workmanship while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Masters license where required.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints and plans to layout plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Estimate materials, equipment and labor costs for projects.
• Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices; mentor others.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers; track progress.
