Job summary

Riceland Flowcare is seeking a Plumber Crew Leader to supervise a small team on residential plumbing projects, including new construction of single family homes, condos, and townhouses.

You will install complete plumbing systems underground and finish work such as faucets, showers, sinks, and toilets, along with water heating and filtration systems. No plumbing license is required. This role requires hands-on leadership, blueprint reading, and mechanical problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Works well managing people.
• Can read blueprints.
• Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of plumber apprentices on residential installations.
• Install underground plumbing systems and finish plumbing fixtures.
• Install water heating and filtration systems.
• No plumbing license required.
