Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking Sewer Crew Technicians to join our residential new construction team. We hire both experienced plumbers and helpers to install plumbing systems through rough-in, top-out, trim, and final phase work on new homes.

Work on active sites with safety and quality in mind; read blueprints, adhere to code, and maintain tools and vehicles. Enjoy steady year-round work, overtime opportunities, and room to grow with IES backing.

Qualifications

• Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Plumbing or construction experience preferred (varies by position).
• Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in residential new construction homes.
• Perform rough-in, top-out, trim, and final phase plumbing installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Install sewer and water lines according to code and company standards.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with quality craftsmanship.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, builders, and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist team members and other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
