Job summary

Riceland Flowcare is seeking a Plumber Crew Leader to supervise a small team on residential plumbing projects, including new construction of single family homes, condos, and townhouses.

You will install complete plumbing systems underground and finish work such as faucets, showers, sinks, and toilets, along with water heating and filtration systems. No plumbing license is required. This role requires hands-on leadership, blueprint reading, and mechanical problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Works well managing people.
• Can read blueprints.
• Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing issues.

Responsibilities

Plumber Crew Leader

Riceland Flowcare is looking for a plumber crew leaders who will work in residential plumbing projects. Most of the work is in new construction single family homes, condos, and townhouses installing complete plumbing systems which includes kitchen, laundry, garage, and bathrooms. You will lead a team of plumber apprentices installing the plumbing systems underground and finish work installing faucets, showers, sinks, and commodes. You will also install water heating systems and water filtrations systems. No plumbing license required.

Required:

• At least 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Works well managing people.
• Can read blueprints.
• Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing issues.

The job is for Monday – Friday for about 10 hour work day.

Pay is hourly: estimated $70,000-90,000 a year.
