Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with design ownership, mentoring, and delivery accountability.
• Strong AWS expertise with hands-on work in networking, compute, and storage.
• Terraform expertise for enterprise-scale module development and operations.
• Python expertise for platform automation and services, with secure-by-default patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of developer platform capabilities for AWS networking, EC2, and storage.
• Build and maintain Terraform IaC—modules, state/backends, CI/CD integration, environment promotion.
• Develop platform automation and services in Python (provisioning workflows, validations, AWS API integrations).
• Implement secure-by-default patterns (least-privilege IAM, network segmentation, encryption/KMS, secure storage configurations).
• Review code, debug complex issues, and improve reliability through automation and standardization.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver reusable platform patterns.
