You will own the State Machine and Transactional Outbox, ensuring robustness, auditability, and high performance under heavy concurrency. The role blends hands-on coding with technical leadership, mentoring peers, and setting standards across platform, data, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack software engineering experience with leadership.
• Experience with Java, Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience designing automated testing frameworks.
• Strong observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting).
• Leadership of a small engineering pod and vendor contractors.
• Cloud-native apps on Kubernetes and container platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own platform scale and reliability pod delivery and readiness.
• Ensure uptime, performance, resilience across services.
• Develop automated testing, observability tooling, and platform infra.
• Contribute production code and guide engineers and contractors.
• Define release readiness criteria and operational quality gates.
• Collaborate across decisioning, orchestration, activation, data teams.
