ITHAKA seeks a Lead Software Engineer, Platform Engineering (Full-Stack) to advance how software is built, delivered, and experienced across the product engineering organization. You will design, build, and operate internal platforms, tools, and services with a strong emphasis on developer experience and reliability.

You will mentor others, shape engineering practices, and own platform roadmaps, collaborating with product, platform, and application teams to improve workflows and productivity.

Competenze

• 8+ years as a full‑stack software engineer delivering large‑scale distributed web apps.
• Strategic product thinker and community builder.
• Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on with frontend frameworks (React, Vue) guided by UI/UX and accessibility.
• CI/CD concepts and automation using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Experience operating internal developer platforms or enablement tooling.
• Strong AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS) with Docker/Kubernetes.
• IaC with Terraform; event-driven architectures and messaging.
