Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering delivering enterprise-scale products/platforms
• 4+ years as lead engineer/architect delivering solution design and engineering\n
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture/configuration/integration
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Copilot
• Experience designing reusable APIs/services/frameworks
• Hands-on with modern engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, IaC, containers, Kubernetes
• Experience designing/implementing production AI solutions (LLM, agents, RAG, tool calling)

Responsibilities

• Translate product roadmap into executable designs, backlogs, and non-functional requirements
• Design PR&O capabilities across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and connected services
• Define domain models, data flows, and security boundaries in line with target architecture
• Review designs and code, troubleshoot issues, and produce reference implementations
• Apply cross-CxM standards, reusable services, APIs, and platform components
• Document architecture decisions, reusable patterns, interfaces, and constraints
• Engineer privacy, cyber security, records management, and risk controls into PR&O solutions
• Lead production engineering practices like testing, CI/CD, observability, and release practices
• Provide technical direction to engineers and delivery partners
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and governance
