Job summary

Huron is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to architect and deploy AI, Microsoft Fabric, and workflow platforms across Managed Services for 50+ clients. You’ll own internal Azure DevOps environments and coordinate Salesforce workflow enhancements.

The role requires hands-on DevOps, cloud data platforms, and AI tooling experience, plus strong communication with business stakeholders. This is a manager-level position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, or technical systems roles.
• Hands‑on experience administering Azure DevOps (ADO), including pipeline configuration and multi‑project administration.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce administration or development coordination.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or related cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks).
• Experience designing or supporting AI/LLM solutions (Claude, OpenAI).
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, configuration, standardization, and admin of internal Azure DevOps environments across client engagements.
• Coordinate Salesforce workflow platform enhancements with the Salesforce Development Team.
• Lead design and maintenance of internal AI-powered solutions and Claude AI projects.
• Coordinate Microsoft Fabric deployments with client IT and data teams.
• Collaborate to review Power BI data models and data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and governance materials.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the Tech Committee.
