You will own architecture, drive multi-tenant design, and ship scalable industry solutions with essential integrations. You will mentor engineers, shape platform standards, and partner with product and GTM teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in SaaS.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience designing configurable, multi-tenant platforms.
• Proven track record taking products from 0→1 to production.
• Strong product and customer sense.
• Experience building third-party integrations and OAuth.
• Security, scalability and data isolation in multi-tenant SaaS.
• Excellent communication with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of industry solutions from discovery to production.
• Ship lean versions to validate with customers and scale.
• Design a reusable industry layer of objects, templates, automations.
• Build integrations with platforms like Uber Eats, Stripe, and booking systems.
• Define versioning, feature flags, and rollout strategies.
• Build real-time event-driven systems for orders, reservations and payments.
• Collaborate with core teams to expose extension points.
• Lead and mentor engineers with code reviews and quality focus.
• Drive observability, performance, and error handling.
• Work with product and GTM to measure adoption and time-to-value.
