Job summary

ASM is seeking a Senior Engineer II in Phoenix to lead reliability initiatives for advanced subsystems and products. You will define strategies, drive cross-functional programs, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring product quality and robustness throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in a technical field with emphasis on reliability or systems.
• Experience leading complex reliability projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to perform advanced FA and RCA
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level reliability engineering across new product development and sustainment.
• Define reliability requirements, test methods, qualification plans for complex equipment.
• Own reliability reporting, trend analysis and executive communications.
• Drive Design for Reliability practices throughout product lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across concurrent development programs and suppliers.
