Job summary

ASM is seeking an Engineer II, Systems Engineering to drive reliability strategies for advanced subsystems and products. You will lead cross-functional teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, Process, and Manufacturing to ensure reliability, performance, and quality throughout the lifecycle.

You will define and implement reliability methodologies, lead studies, and guide product design decisions based on data-driven analysis and field feedback.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems Engineering or related field.
• Experience in reliability, systems and product development.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in FA and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead system reliability activities across new product development and sustaining programs.
• Define reliability requirements, test methods, qualification strategies, and validation plans for complex semiconductor equipment.
• Lead FA and RCA investigations with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop reliability roadmaps aligned with product strategies.
• Coordinate technical activities across multiple concurrent development programs.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and teams.
