Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Up to 3 years of engineering or technical project management experience.
• Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems is a plus.
• Basic 3D CAD modeling skills and GD&T understanding.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend engineering components for designs.
• Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality sourcing.
• Optimize component selection for performance, cost, and availability.
• Ensure compliance with RoHS, UL, ISO and other standards.
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for non-conforming components.
• Collaborate with design teams to validate component performance.
