Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers and technicians: assign tasks, track progress, ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on microwave and plasma projects; mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in hiring for engineering roles within the team.
