Job summary

WM is seeking a Plant Associate Lead to ensure waste is unloaded, decontaminated, and staged for scanning and processing. The role provides guidance to lower level workers and trains others.

You will unload waste from incoming vehicles, stage waste for scanning, operate Biotrack-related tasks, and help maintain a safe, clean work area while adhering to safety rules. This position offers second shift hours (11:00am–8:00pm) with a $22.00 hourly pay, boot allowance, medical/dental/vision benefits,

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload waste from incoming vehicles.
• Stage waste on conveyor system or properly stack waste for scanning in Biotrack.
• Scan waste into the Biotrack system for recordkeeping.
• Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper with waste for processing.
• Place reusable containers on tub wash line for decontamination.
• Operate tub wash unit and tub wash sprayer.
• Decontaminate vehicle cargo-carrying portions and ensure no free liquid remains.
• Maintain housekeeping and address spills and debris.
• Provide direction to lower level Plant Workers.`/
• Perform other duties as assigned.
