Job summary

WM, a leader in environmental services, seeks a Plant Associate to unload waste, decontaminate vehicles, and stage material for scanning and processing. The role emphasizes safety and productive work habits, with duties spanning conveyor operations, Biotrack scanning, and waste handling.

Candidates should have 1 year of plant experience, strong communication skills, and a preferred Driver's Licence. OT may be required; benefits include medical, dental, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a plant environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow health and safety directives and performance standards.
• Driver's Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload waste from incoming vehicles.
• Stage waste for scanning and processing.
• Scan waste into Biotrack system for recordkeeping.
• Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper.
• Decontaminate vehicle cargo area and ensure no spills.
• Operate tub wash line and tub wash sprayer.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety procedures are followed.
• Inform supervisor when vehicle is ready to move.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
