Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and direct maintenance activities in a high-volume industrial laundry facility. You will supervise technicians, ensure adherence to preventative maintenance schedules, and uphold safety standards across all production activities.

The role requires mechanical and basic electrical aptitude, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. Overtime may be required as part of shift coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance tasks and supervise the maintenance team.
• Maintain plant equipment including industrial washers/dryers.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and lock-out/tag-out practices.
• Order parts and tools per procurement policy.
• Maintain Daily Schedule Control and preventative maintenance records.
