Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, performance reviews, and enforcing training standards. The role requires forklift experience, basic math and computer skills, and strong communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with plant manager, sales staff, and warehouse personnel.
• Warehouse experience with forklift, packing and measuring.
• Demonstrates leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet production and distribution objectives within budget and deadlines.
• Coach and demonstrate work activities for team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate, assign and review work; supervise on-site operations.
• Ensure safety training and proper use of equipment; enforce company policies.
• Maintain timely communication with customers and suppliers; perform record-keeping duties.
