Qualifications

• Actual, substantive class action work.
• Ownership of at least one case from theory to resolution.
• Familiarity with Rule 23(a) and (b)(3), predominance standards, Comcast damages models, Article III standing, ascertainability, and typicality challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own the docket: select cases, manage portfolio from intake to resolution.
• Originate and develop theories: identify actionable class claims.
• Lead the litigation: pleadings, class certification, motions, experts, mediation, trial if necessary.
• Build the team: hire associates, paralegals, and support staff; structure co-counsel and referrals.
• Direct the spend: approve investigations, experts, and vendors within the budget.
