Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Piping General Foreman to lead mechanical projects with emphasis on safety, quality and customer satisfaction. The role includes travel to the training facility and site work across multiple Florida project sites as needed.

You will supervise field crews, ensure code compliance, manage materials, and collaborate with other trades to resolve conflicts while maintaining high standards and momentum on multimillion-dollar projects.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with hydronic piping, chiller, boiler, and water source heat pump systems.
• Progressive mechanical/HVAC/plumbing leadership with technology interest.
• Active journeyman or master mechanical/plumbing license preferred.
• Knowledge of IMC, IPC, IBC standards and local codes.
• Familiar with project management and construction tech tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, BIM 360, CrewConnect, FieldWire, Open Space.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor.
• Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Manage materials and personnel to meet schedule.
• Adhere to company quality, safety and best practices.
