Power Design in Florida seeks a Mechanical Superintendent to lead field project teams, driving on-time delivery with top-tier quality, safety, and customer loyalty.

You will manage materials and personnel, coordinate with inspectors and other trades, attend meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure installations meet IMC/IPC/IBC codes. Travel within Florida may be required; you will leverage construction tech like Bluebeam, ProCore, BIM 360, CrewConnect, FieldWire to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Progressive mechanical/HVAC/plumbing leadership experience.
• Minimum five years managing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical/Plumbing license preferred.
• Knowledge of IMC, IPC, IBC standards and local codes.
• Experience with project management & construction tech tools listed above.
• Willingness to travel within Florida for project sites.

Responsabilités

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the GC to resolve conflicts and maintain service quality.
• Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Manage material and personnel requirements to meet schedule.
• Adhere to Power Design's standards of quality, safety and best practices.
