Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license required.
• Knowledge of National Building Code and local codes.
• Proficient English reading, writing and speaking.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with trades and general contractor to resolve conflicts.
