Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in piping, fluid systems, or process equipment in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with ASME codes and safety coursework encouraged.
• Experience with pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and related components.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CFD/FEA tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, modification and layout of facility piping systems and components.
• Create and update mechanical/piping drawings and specs to code standards.
• Perform pressure-drop, flow and basic thermal calculations; run analyses.
• Safety reviews, hazard analyses, and QA participation.
• Support procurement with ROMs and equipment lists; assist commissioning.
