Job summary

Centrus Energy Corp. seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design and optimize facility piping systems, including sizing for pumps, valves, and pressure vessels.

You will produce technical documentation and support commissioning and troubleshooting on site. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years in industrial piping or fluid systems, with the ability to obtain a Q security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial piping or fluid systems.
• Ability to obtain a Q security clearance; familiarity with ASME codes and drafting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize facility piping systems including component sizing.
• Produce technical documentation and perform thermal and flow analyses.
• Provide hands-on field support during commissioning and troubleshooting.
