Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of field experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory or Foreman role.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, coordination, and manpower planning.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, hydronic systems, and applicable codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; collaborate across trades.
• Proficiency in computer-based scheduling, reporting, and communication tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software).
• Strong understanding of FL Building and AHCA codes.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.

Aufgaben

• Foster a culture of quality, integrity, safety, and teamwork.
• Supervise Foremen and field teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Interpret plans, review submittals, and procure materials and equipment.
• Plan manpower and resources to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Visit sites to assess progress, safety, and quality; resolve issues.
• Mentor Foremen and staff through coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping, logs, and safety documentation.
• Coordinate with BIM/ CAD team on shop drawings and schedules.
• Develop project manpower projections with PM & Foreman.
• Act as liaison between project management, foreman, and client representative.
