Qualifications

• 5 years of construction foreman experience preferred.
• 5-8 years of verifiable construction experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership; experience managing crews and subs preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work plans.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to climb and balance on scaffold/ladder.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews within their area of the project.
• Schedules activities and coordinates with other trades.
• Reads plans and determines construction requirements.
• Measures and marks site locations with measuring tools.
• Records production and personnel data on reports.
• Assists workers with tools and equipment.
• Inspects progress and safety compliance on site.
• Trains workers on safety policies and procedures.
